Service Level Agreement

E-Biz Support promises to provide support services 24 X 7. We pledge to work diligently to improve and shorten the turnaround time for services. For the purpose of this agreement, the following terms have been defined:



  • Business Day: any regularly scheduled working day between the hours of 8.30 AM and 5:30PM
  • Non-Business Hours: any time not included in the definition of Business Day
  • Emergency: a critical function or operation has failed or is at risk of failing in the near future
  • Non-Emergency: normal operational mode
  • E-Biz Support will initiate contact with the requestor within..
  • Emergency/Severity 1: Will be on-site within 2 hours during business hours and non business hours.
  • Non Emergency : Will response via email, phone support & resolve issues on mutually agreed time.
  • Emergency requests: Email or DBA's hand phone number / hotline number.
  • A Call logging facility is also provided in EBiz Support portal.

Advanced Package - The Advanced package provides support for database systems with complex architectures, large numbers of users, regular development efforts, and advanced applications.

The following are the services provided under this package:

  • Initial health-check & review of backup strategy.


  • One year 24*7 Oracle Technical Assistance Service via Phone Support


  • One year 24*7 On-site support for severity 1 problems
